| Sales tax is added to all applicable orders. For example, orders shipped to California addresses will be taxed at levels dependent on where you live in California; presently 7.75% in San Diego County, 8.5% in San Francisco County and 7.25% in all other California counties. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to addresses outside California. |

| Chimpfeet accepts VISA®, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo. Sorry, but we do not accept cash, checks or COD. All currencies on the site are in U.S. dollars. |

| An email will be sent to you from Chimpfeet confirming your order shortly after the order has been placed. You will also receive a further e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped. Creating an account with Chimpfeet will enable you to track your order every step of the way and will allow you to access your order history information. This tracking service may not be available for some heavy or bulky items that are shipped directly from our suppliers. |

| Chimpfeet gift certificates are available in denominations of $10, $25, $50, $75 and $100, are shipped free of charge by first class USPS mail and will not be taxed. You also have the choice of selecting an electronic version which may be emailed to you or directly to the recipient. Gift Certificates can be redeemed during the checkout process by entering the validation code printed either on the Gift Certificate or on your email confirmation if you have chosen the electronic option. |

| Chimpfeet promotional codes are redeemed during the checkout process. Simply enter the promotional code when asked and applicable discounts or other promotional items will be applied to your order. |

| At Chimpfeet, we strive to bring you the best quality products and unrivalled customer service. If you, or the recipient, are not satisfied with the gift you buy, we will exchange it for something suitable or refund the original credit card used for purchase if returned within 30 days.
