Shipping Methods & Costs
Chimpfeet LLC realizes the importance of delivering your gifts on time. Products are shipped from our distribution center in California and are usually shipped via USPS or UPS. Purchasers will usually be offered both choices during checkout enabling you to choose the most cost efficient method. We offer both standard and priority shipping services on most items during the checkout process, however some items due to their size may not have the priority shipping option.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days of placing your order on the website or directly through or Customer Service Department. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by both Chimpfeet LLC and its carriers.

If an item is not available directly from our distribution center, such as over-sized or heavy items, they may be sent directly from our suppliers and may take longer to deliver. Therefore items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. In some cases additional surcharges and delivery times may apply to large or bulky items. If any additional charges do apply, they are detailed on individual product pages within the Chimpfeet LLC website.

Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are sent by USPS Priority Mail and may take an additional day to arrive.

We are happy to accept orders to international addresses. Our website currently accepts international orders to Canada and the United Kingdom. If you would like an item shipped to another country, please contact our Customer Services department on 1-800-432-0545, or fill out our feedback form with items you would like to order and the shipping address and we will give you an exact quotation and shipping time.

Back Orders
Chimpfeet LLC maintains a high level of inventory to ensure we are rarely out of stock of products. However at peak times, or due to supplier demand, we may occasionally have to back order an item. Other items on your order will be shipped as per our normal processing times (detailed above) and your back ordered item will be shipped as soon as available. If the item will be on back order for more than two weeks, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel or exchange your back ordered item. All back orders will be shipped with no additional shipping charges. For more information on your back ordered item, contact our customer services department 1-800-432-0545.

Returns & Exchanges
We realize how important it is to be satisfied with any gift purchased from Chimpfeet LLC. Therefore gifts can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase if not suitable. All gifts must be returned in 'as purchased and unused condition' and returned in the original packaging with the packing slip. We are unable to refund gift box or shipping and handling charges unless your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please Note: Pet carriers cannot be returned due to strict health laws.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any item you purchased from Chimpfeet LLC within the 30 days returns period. There will be a nominal shipping for these exchanges dependent on the size of the product.

How to Return a Gift
Contact our Customer Services department toll-free on 1-800-432-0545 and receive a Returns Authorization Number (RAN), please make a note of it. Return the gift by repacking in the original shipping container (if possible), include your packing slip and remembering to include your RAN number.

Please return your gift with an insured courier (eg FedEx, UPS) as Chimpfeet LLC cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Returned gifts that do not have a RAN number may be refused and will take longer to process.
